my name is Sam. I am an artist in Chicago.

i wrote, directed, and edited the short film "Arm and a leg," which has screened at several venues throughout Chicago including KIOSK, Sweet Void Cinema, CineYouth Film Festival (Winner: Chicago Award), and the Chicago International Film Festival ("Best of CineYouth")

i own a canon c100 and a mighty editing-friendly computer. I have contributed DP/video/editing work to a variety of indie experimental and narrative projects in Chicago and Evanston. avail for hire/collab :) particularly eager to work with fellow queer and trans artists across genres/mediums.
